How do I place an order online?

You can place an order through our website by visiting the Menu page, selecting your desired items, and proceeding to checkout. You'll need to provide your contact information and choose between pickup or delivery options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Panera Bread gift cards, and Apple Pay/Google Pay for online orders. In-cafe purchases can also be made with cash.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 minutes of placement through your order confirmation email. After this time, please contact the specific cafe where you placed your order directly, as they may be able to assist with changes depending on preparation status.

Delivery & Pickup

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours vary by location but typically match cafe operating hours. Most locations offer delivery from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. You can check specific hours for your local cafe by entering your address on our delivery page.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

Yes, we have a $10 minimum order requirement for delivery orders. This minimum is calculated before tax and delivery fees.

How does Rapid Pickup work?

Rapid Pickup allows you to order ahead through our app or website and pick up your order without waiting in line. Simply place your order, select your preferred pickup time, and your food will be ready when you arrive. Look for the designated Rapid Pickup shelf in the cafe.

MyPanera® Rewards

How do I join MyPanera® Rewards?

You can join MyPanera® Rewards by downloading our app, visiting our website, or signing up in-cafe. Membership is completely free and only requires basic contact information.

How does the rewards program work?

For every dollar you spend, you earn points. Once you reach a certain point threshold, you earn a reward that can be redeemed for menu items. You'll also receive personalized offers and surprises throughout the year.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, rewards typically expire after 60 days. You'll receive notifications as your reward expiration date approaches so you don't miss out.

Catering

How far in advance should I place a catering order?

We recommend placing catering orders at least 24 hours in advance. For larger orders (20+ people) or weekend events, we suggest placing your order 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability.

What catering options are available?

We offer a variety of catering options including sandwich trays, salad trays, breakfast spreads, soup carriers, pastry boxes, and beverage containers. We also provide disposable servingware and utensils with all catering orders.

Do you offer catering delivery?

Yes, we offer catering delivery for orders meeting the minimum requirement ($100 before tax and fees). Delivery fees vary by location. Setup service may be available for an additional fee at participating locations.

Safety & Allergens

Where can I find allergen information?

Detailed allergen information is available on our website and mobile app. You can filter menu items by specific allergens to identify options that meet your dietary needs. Please note that while we provide this information, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens due to shared preparation areas.

What safety measures are you taking in your cafes?

We maintain strict food safety protocols including regular sanitation of all surfaces, employee health checks, and proper food handling procedures. We also offer contactless ordering and payment options through our app and website for reduced contact experiences.

Are your ingredients sustainably sourced?

We are committed to responsible sourcing. Our chicken is raised without antibiotics, our pork is crate-free, and we use 100% Arabica coffee beans that are sustainably sourced. We continue to work toward our goal of removing all artificial additives from our food.
